Recent customer feedback and an analysis of our incoming calls have indicated a need to reduce our waiting times for your calls during the busy periods of the working day. We will therefore be re-structuring internally to assign more staff to answer your calls quicker during these periods; improving our efficiency and delivering the highest possible service.

 

Additionally, we have found from our analysis that call volumes reduce significantly following the close of the normal business day and therefore our phone service opening hours will change slightly. From Monday 11th July we will now be open to receive calls until 6pm (changed from 7pm) for Monday to Thursday, with  Fridays unchanged at 5pm
