One of the ways in which we demonstrate our compliance to our recruitment agency partners and contractors registered with us is through our associate membership of the FCSA (The Freelancer & Contract Services Association).
The FCSA was set up in 2008 and works to ensure that members adhere to their charter, confirming that businesses are operating legally and are run by ‘Fit and Proper Persons’.
As part of our membership we have committed to adhering to the FCSA’s compliance code. This code outlines the minimum standards expected of an Umbrella company. The code is rigorously tested to ensure that our practices are legally and regulatory compliant, safeguarding not only our business but also our clients’ livelihood.
As well as ensuring our compliance, the FCSA also actively work for the Freelancer and Contract services industry campaigning on legislation and act as a voice for the sector.
