We like to think that this success is down to our high standards, compliance and commitment to always offering the very best customer service. As part of our commitment to continuing to provide a service which sets us apart from our competitors we routinely ask for feedback.
In a recent survey, we were pleased to receive some really positive feedback from our contractors. We understand that for most people registered with us receiving the correct pay on time is their main priority. The team at Sterling strives to ensure this happens so the fact that more than 90% of respondents stated they are happy that they are routinely paid on time is great news.
Ensuring that our processes are straightforward is another priority for Sterling. Our industry can be complex and we work hard to deal with the complexities whilst offering clear processes for those who use our services. Almost 90% of respondents said they found our processes fairly straightforward or very straightforward to use which is fantastic news.
